How we do it.
There is no checklist or charts that explains our creative process. No clever names for the stages of a project, no diagrams or computer models.
In short our process is talk, sketch, prototype, debate, discuss and create even more. And repeat. Preferably we do this together with you.
We have a curiosity and we believe in keep making things—that’s how we grow and learn. How we stay curious and also have fun while doing.
Every project & client has its own unique structure.
Usually like this.
If we had to list and describe a successful and healthy process it would probably look like this:

Discovery
We kick off the project by talking about your needs, problems and desires. Goals that we want to achieve with the project and limitations & requirements.

Explorations
We gather as many as we can from development, customer success, product owners and we explore solutions and workshop together. Maybe find a MVP?

Prototyping
With ideas and inspiration from the discovery and explorations we start prototyping solutions to get a feel of what works and what really not works. We probably iterate.

Discuss
We decide on which solutions we like the best, what do we need to take it further or what we could cut or need to add to a MVP. We prepare everything for development.

Launch & Listen
We launch a MVP as quickly as possible and we observe and listen.

Learn
We gather data & feedback from the MVP and we hopefully learn a ton.

Repeat & Iterate
And this we do all the time during the project stages. It's with the iterations we refine and get a clearer picture of the goal (or change the goal).
… Oh, and we have fun. We should not forget the fun.
